✅The CHINA INTERNATIONAL IMPORT EXPO in Shanghai attracted more than 150,000 visitors from more than 100 countries. Honey, dried fruits, juices and bottled products, as well as handicraft products were presented at the national exposition under the Made in Kyrgyzstan brand.
✅Over 200 meetings were held with potential importers of products, including representatives of the Chinese Association for Trade (CATIS). The placement of companies on the Alibaba platform was discussed.
✅Organizers note that participation in the exhibition was a great opportunity for many companies to demonstrate their products and find new partners. UNDP's Trade Facilitation Project in Central Asia and the Government of Finland were partners of the event.

On November 26, 2023 in Qatar the opening of the National Pavilion of the Kyrgyz Republic took place.
In Doha, Qatar, the opening ceremony of the National Exhibition Pavilion of the Kyrgyz Republic was held with the participation of the Deputy Director of the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Zhibek Abdullaeva.
The opening ceremony was attended by the Commissioner General of Expo 2023 Bader Omar Ismail Al Dafa and Secretary General Mohammed Ali Al Khouri.
The "Green Desert, Better Environment" event showcased the national culture and life of the Kyrgyz people, and included a tasting of national cuisine and eco-friendly products.
More than 10 companies producing honey products, dried fruits, juices, chocolate, and handicraft products presented their products at the exhibition.

This brochure "Textile and Garment Products of the Kyrgyz Republic" is an informational publication designed to improve the export competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the textile and garment industry of the Kyrgyz Republic. The publication provides information on textile and garment companies in the Kyrgyz Republic, including names, trademarks, product range, photos, export geography, and contact details. The informational publication is aimed at informing importers, distributors, and potential buyers about products from the Kyrgyz Republic, enabling buyers to better orient themselves in the geography of production, form a detailed picture of potential partnerships, and expand trade and economic cooperation. The brochure has been prepared for distribution among government agencies, development institutions, diplomatic missions of the Kyrgyz Republic abroad, and other interested organizations.

The brochure "Textile and Garment Products of the Kyrgyz Republic" was prepared within the framework of the Global Textile and Garment Program (GTEX) funded by the Government of Switzerland.
