"VIVATEKS" is a large multi-production company that uses environmentally-friendly mountain wool from merino sheep of Kyrgyzstan.
Our product range includes pure wool and semi-wool yarn, knitted products, and bedding with filling of wool and cotton.
For 20 years, the company has been exporting products to neighboring and foreign countries including Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Italy, Mongolia and America.
Our advantage is the implementation of a full production cycle from the harvesting sheep wool from the farms of Issyk-Kul and Naryn regions to the production of knitted yarn and knitwear on European equipment.
Yarn production begins in the blending department where workers prepare washed sheep wool for further production.
Next, the wool goes to the carding department where the wool is turned into combed slivers.
After that, the product passes to the dyeing department, where the desired color is added. Then it goes to the next combing stage where the second carding takes place. The product then passes to the rolling department.
Roving production is the preparatory stage before spinning.
In the spinning department, we have a semi-finished product, which in the twisting-winding workshop turns into ready-made yarn.
The spinning factory employs more than 400 people and the knitting factory employs more than 200 people.
