Closed Joint Stock Company “SutBulak - Development of the Dairy Sector in Eastern Tyup” is an enterprise of food and processing industry, which for 19 years has been carrying out its main activity - the production of cheese and other dairy products of the “DairySpring” brand.
The company, originally created as a project, today exists as an independent modern production cheese-making enterprise in Kyrgyzstan, which has a developed infrastructure and provides work for about two thousand Kyrgyz people.
Today, the company’s shareholders are the Tyup district’s farms and the SpielhoferSwisscheese SA company (Switzerland). The specialists of SpielhoferSwisscheese SA are involved in the activities of SouthBulak and support advanced experience in the production of Swiss quality cheeses.
